Online purchases, wherein case your item doesn’t match its description, is defective or doesn’t turn up at all, we’ve got your back. - Intangibles like in case an event is cancelled, your product is double-booked, or the new game you purchased couldn’t be downloaded, we’ve got you covered.
If the Seller presents evidence that they delivered the goods to your address, PayKun may find in favour of the Seller for an Item Not Received claim even if you did not receive the goods.
Even if your payment is not eligible for Buyer Protection, you can file a Dispute and resolve the issue directly with the Seller. However, PayKun won’t find favour in such case you escalate a Dispute to a Claim when an item is not eligible with Buyer Protection.
If you are eligible for Buyer Protection and PayKun finds in your favour on your Claim, PayKun will reimburse you for the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs.
