Required Document List for Registering on PayKun

Account activation does not take much time at PayKun because of the fast and systematic onboarding process that we provide. You will need to register with your merchant account with the basic details and documents first. These details and documents will be further verified by our onboarding team. If the documents are correctly uploaded it helps a lot for us in the speedy verification process.

The new merchants willing to register always have this question as to what documents are required at the time of registration of the PayKun Merchant Account. So here is a special article for the details about it.

Business Types

During the registration, the business types can be selected on the basis of your business registrations from the below-given options:

  • Private Limited company
  • Public Limited company
  • Limited Liability Partnership
  • Partnership
  • Proprietorship
  • NGO
  • Trust/ Society
  • Individual

Regarding the Bank Document Verification:

The below details are important when the bank details verification is in question.

  • Bank IFSC code
  • Bank Name
  • Bank account number
  • Account Holder Name

You may submit the below documents for verification:

  • Cancelled Cheque
  • Clear Colored Scan Copy of Bank Statement
  • Clear Colored Scan Copy of Bank Passbook (The Page with all the above details)

Note –

  • In the case of Private Ltd / LLP / Public Ltd / NGO / Trust / Society, the bank account should be of the Company / NGO / Trust / Society, etc., a personal account of any director or owner is not allowed.
  • In the case of Proprietor / Individual, the Bank Account details should be of the Owner person whose name is mentioned in Business Proof of the Company.

Document List as per Business Types

So here is the list of the documents divided as per the type of your business:

For Private / Public Limited company

  • Business Registration Proof – Clear Scan Copy of Certificate of Incorporation Document (CIN) or Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Article of Association (AOA)
  • Colored Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director of the Company who applied for our services.

For Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • Business Registration Proof – Clear Copy of LLP Certificate of Incorporation CIN Certificate

Note – The Company that doesn’t have any director is not allowed.

  • Colored Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company / Firm
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director of the Company who applied for our services.

For Partnership Firm

  • Business Registration Proof – Registration Certificate and Partnership Deed
  • Colored Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company / Partnership Firm (if the firm is registered) or the Personal PAN of the person who applied for our services
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Company who applied for our services.
Document Checklist for Payment Gateway

For Proprietorship Firm

  • Business Registration Proof – GST Certificate (All three pages) or Shop Act License or Udhyog Adhaar
  • Colored Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company / Firm (if the firm is registered) or the Personal PAN of the person who applied for our services
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Company / Firm / Business who applied for our services.

For Individual

  • Business Registration Proof – Any one of the clear copy of the below-mentioned documents:
  1. GST Registration Certificate
  2. Shop Act License
  3. Udhyog Adhaar
  4. Rent Agreement

Note – Above all certificates should be in the name of a Business Owner and the Person who

applied for our services and also the Business Name written in the Business Details during PayKun Registration form fill-up should match with this document.

  • Colored Scan Copy of Personal PAN of Firm/ Company / Person who applied for our services
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the person of the Company / Firm / Business who applied for our services.

For NGO

  • Business Registration Proof –  Clear Scanned Copy of NGO Darpan
  • Clear colored scan copy of PAN of NGO or Personal PAN of the Owner of the NGO
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the NGO who applied for our services
  • Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account

For Trust/society

  • Business Registration Proof –  Clear Scanned Copy of Trust Deed / Society By-Laws Registration Certificate
  • Clear colored scan copy of PAN of Trust / Society or Personal PAN of the Owner of the Trust / Society
  • Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Colored Scan Copy of Adhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Trust / Society who applied for our services
  • Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account

Important –

  • Please note that as per your business model and activities our onboarding team might demand some supporting documents.
  • All documents must be in clear and readable resolution,
  • We prefer original documents, in case of xerox copy, self-attested copies are required.

Make Sure to upload both sides of ID Proof if it has two sides
